About our Company
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator.  A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities
1. Distribute daily incoming leads both electronic and via phone to appropriate Sales/Catering Team Members based upon office deployment 2. Redirect Sales related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
3. Act as a liaison with other departments or functions (Operations, Front Office, F&B, etc.). 
4. Provide contractual turnover functions to operations team.
5. Assist with customer site inspections with Sales Managers including walking site rooms, inspecting meeting spaces, coordinating VIP experiences pre- and pot site tour. 
6. Assist the Sales Team with VIP or Group resumes identifying and communicating traveler’s needs and acting as liaison to ensure all operational and marketing aspects of their stay are met. 
7. Responsible for planning, managing and communicating any in-house events. 
8. Distribute BEO packet for events team weekly, distribute revisions of event orders daily. 
9. ADD – Generate and Distribute Resume Packets for service team.
10. ADD - Assist with group room blocks, enter rooming lists and manage group room block changes. 
11. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. 
12. Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs. 
13. Maintain awareness of documentation needed and retained in employee files. 
14. Be familiar with all safety and emergency procedures including OSHA requirements. 
15. Attend relevant meetings 
 
Knowledge, Requirements and Skills
1. Four-year college degree preferred 
2. Must have a minimum three (3) years of experience in hospitality (Sales/Catering Preferred) required or hospitality/hotel management degree 
3. Market knowledge and sales experience preferred 
4. Strong experience in Group Market preferred with Delphi experience 
5. Strong ability in using MS Office with a concentration on Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
6. Previous use of Salesforce/Delphi, Opera knowledge desired 
7. Creativity when working with proposals 
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
9. Ability to handle data with confidentiality 
10. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language 
11. Excellent organizational, time management skills and attention to detail 
12. Ability to multitask 
13. Work well under pressure, requires being a team player

Compensation: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
